From Philadelphia International Airport:

I-95 South to exit 4A. Route 1 south to Rehoboth Beach. Follow signs into Rehoboth Beach. When you get to Rehoboth, bear left onto 1A into Rehoboth Beach. Continue traveling straight -east- through roundabout on Rehoboth Avenue. Eventually Rehoboth Avenue directs you through a U-turn when you reach The Boardwalk. Go around the U-turn, then make the first right onto first street at the first light. Continue on First Street for three blocks, passing the intersections of Baltimore and Maryland Avenues, and make a right turn onto Olive Avenue. Continue to the end of the street, the Boardwalk Plaza Hotel is the pink Victorian building on your right.

From Baltimore Washington International Airport:

Follow signs for I-97 South, 50/301 east over Bay Bridge. Stay on 50 when 50/301 split. 404 east to Route 1, then south on Route 1. Follow signs into Rehoboth Beach. When you get to Rehoboth, bear left onto 1A into Rehoboth Beach. Continue traveling straight -east- through Roundabout on Rehoboth Avenue. Eventually, Rehoboth Avenue directs you through a U-turn when you reach the Boardwalk. Go around the u-turn, then make the first right onto First Street at the first light.
